Flowers of Devotion retreat
18 - 21st September
1. Reservation & Deposit
A $500 AUD deposit is required to secure your place.
The deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.
2. Payment Options
You may:
Pay in full, or
Choose a payment plan
All payment plans incur a 10% administration fee on the remaining balance (the deposit is not included).
Payment plan details will be discussed individually after your deposit is received.
All payments must be completed by August 15, 2026.
Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of your place and all payments made.
3. Cancellation & Transfers
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposit
The $500 deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations before June 1, 2026
Payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations from June 1 to July 31, 2026
Payments are non-refundable.
Payments may be transferred to:
– A future retreat, or
– Another offering (including mentorship, online containers, or numerology readings)
Alternatively, you may transfer your place to another person if you find someone to take your spot.
All transfers are subject to written approval.
Cancellations on or after August 1, 2026
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Transfer of Place
Any transfer to another participant must be approved in writing.
The replacement guest must be suitable for the retreat space.
This retreat is a committed container, and your place is reserved exclusively for you.
4. Retreat Postponement or Cancellation (Force Majeure)
In the unlikely event the retreat is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to natural events, government restrictions, health emergencies, or other global disruptions):
All payments will be transferred in full to a future retreat or another offering (mentorship, online containers, or numerology readings).
No cash refunds will be issued.
The host is not responsible for additional costs incurred, including travel, accommodation, or external bookings.
5. Personal Responsibility & Waivers
This retreat is a personal wellbeing experience. Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
Further details are outlined in the waiver and onboarding forms provided prior to the retreat, which must be completed before attending.
6. Media Consent
Photos and/or video content may be captured during the retreat for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be included, you must notify the host in writing prior to the retreat.
7. Agreement
By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
